July 2023 Board Meeting
7/13/23 Board meeting. 7PM at KLM
Attendance: Wade Robbins, Jen Chapman, Marc Padin, John Garland (minutes by)
No votes due to 4 of 9 members at meeting.
Shelden Trails Fest updates
Looking for support for group rides and clinic leaders. Kevin Gorman suggested.

Tasks assigned.
John G will: Set up Bike Reg, Signup Genius, send mailing list email, social media posts, ask trail coordinators to communicate to land managers, notify bike patrol, request SAG (select cycle worx), provide GPX files.
Wade will update any insurance needs.
Dan will update anything on Website.
Jen and Mike will update on KLM support and on-site repair person
The following tasks need volunteers:
*Aid station at Paint Creek and Kern/Clarkston
*membership/waivers/donations on-site at AO. Jen can possibly cover this if KLM tent and Cramba tent are next to each other.
*Get sponsorship or raffle items from any other shop or business.
*CRAMBA 50/50 volunteer (different than shop raffles)
*Set-Up (coffee, food, waivers)
*Post-ride party food
*Clean-up

Swag: need vote of approval. TC and Board members plus some extra “CRAMBA volunteer” shirts. Need sizes if approved.
Koozies, water bottles, stickers.
John G can order shirts and koozies from WolfDog Printing.
Trail updates
Stony Creek: looking to add skills area and have professional build. (Not volunteer)
Bloomer: lead TC may be leaving. Meeting with park, renewal of MOU and meeting for development of trails.
BMS waiting for requested WIP that could allocate $550k for new trails. Kevin Gorman working on this.
